Pharmaceutical Society of Australia

May 2017 - current

 

As a membership services officer, I updated and organised the IMIS Database while communicating with members about billing, member benefits and how to navigate the website.

 

• Organise information in the Imis database

• Create and renew members

• Use PayWay to create and edit direct debit

• Process credit card payments over the phone

• Follow up on declined payments

• Design instruction sheets

Library Services Officer
